- Copy of your child's passport

- Copy of your child's residency visa

- Copy of your child's Emirates ID

- Copy of your child's Birth Certificate

- Copy of your child's latest school report

- Sponsor's passport, residency visa and Emirates ID copy 

- One recent passport size photograph of your child and both parents

- Transfer Certificate
